EuroVelo 4 runs from Roscoff in France all the way to Kiev in Ukraine, 4000 km away. This varied cycle route allows you to discover the history of Central Europe. Featuring exceptional medieval architecture, dynamic cities and a maritime experience from Brittany, through the North of France, to Belgium.
Mers-les Bains - Knokke-Heist
From the English Channel to the North Sea, EuroVelo 4 is characterised by cliffs, sandy beaches, historic cities and opulent seaside resorts. The route, called La Vélomaritime in France, crosses the Somme and continues along the Opal Coast and the Belgian coast. It goes through no fewer than two « Grand Site de France »: the Baie de Somme and the Deux-Caps Site Site des Deux-Caps but also the Dunes de Flandre, which are in the process of being certified.
